This is the drawing picture which explaining the pattern of the sleeves. This is basic for all types of sleeve. A small variation comes when you go for other sleeve patterns.
Sleeve Pattern
0-1 Sleeve length + 2 cm
0-2 1/4 chest
0-2 = 1-3
3-4 = 1.3 cm
2-5 = 1/8 chest
