本機適用于鞋業的組底、成型的壓合工序。 

This machine is suitable for out sole stockfit and shoes assembly .

1.全閉環伺服控制系統控壓，壓力精度達到 ± 0.2% FS。對壓力實現閉環控制， 避免壓力不到位產生不良品； 

Adopts full closed-loop servo control system, and the pressure accuracy reaches ± 0.2% FS, to avoid defective products due to insufficient pressure;

2.壓力曲線實時顯示，采樣率≥1000次/ 秒，可精確把控產品質量； 

Pressure curve can be displayed in real time, sampling rate ≥1000 times per second, product quality is under controlled;

3.可與MES對接，實現電子SOP功能，提高生產效率； 

It can be connected with MES ,realize the function of SOP and improve the production efficiency.

4.可通過云平臺對設備遠程實時維護及監控，支持移動端、PC端實時互聯；
